Shipping & Returns

The short version: free shipping over $150, 30 days to return anything, no restocking fee.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days; expedited in 1–2. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

What's the return policy?

30 days from delivery, unworn, in original packaging. Return shipping is free for U.S. orders. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Can I exchange for a different frame?

Yes — start a return and place a new order for the frame you want. If you'd rather we handle it, contact us and we'll set up a direct exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Duties and import taxes for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.

My frame arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to wait for the damaged pair to ship back first.

Do the lenses have a warranty?

Every frame carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the lens coating and hardware. Normal wear, scratches, and accidental damage aren't covered.
